President of the Philippines Project Approval
We at the Paz Foundation are happy to inform all that the Pearl of the Orient Wellness, Medical Research City, and International Airport have recently received the approval of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. (Malacanang Palace) and instructions for various Health ministries to cooperate in the design, permit and compliance process.
What does this mean? It means we have the rights to the land and the application process for the various phases including 3D Graphic Designs, civil engineering, and construction. As a result, the projects are being forwarded to ministries of the Philippines.
Project Description:
“The Paz Foundation’s Pearl of the Orient” Wellness City is designed as a “self-sustained” Medical and Research University. Whereby, specialty fields include Pulmonology and Elderly diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Cognitive disabilities. Also, other specialties include Fertility Research, Women and Children Medicine, Pediatrics Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Cancer Research Center
Other specialties include Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Mycology, University Medical Science Cancer (Oncology), Neurology, Gastroenterology, Hematology and Infectious diseases, Nutrition, Dentistry, and Orthopedics. Furthermore, Institutes of higher learning are integrated into the Tropical Rainforest and the Pacific Ocean beaches of Quezon/Aurora Provinces, The Philippines.
Social and Cultural Venues:
Elementary and High Schools, Polytechnical universities, Shopping centers, Five- and Four-Star resort Hotels, and Residential Towers. Cultural venues include the Concert Hall, History of Medicine Interactive Museum, and Art Galleries.
City services include Fire stations, emergency responders, an assisted living residential Development wellness center, and a Marina with a Yacht Cub. Natural sites include tropical and Mountainous landscape and oceanfront beaches perfect for year-round outdoor activities.
Site Location
The land is currently in ESCROW and comprises Four (4) Parcels of agricultural land located in Dinalungan/Valer, Province of Aurora. The land consists of an area of 204,412, 660 Square Meters registered as Title No, T6886 Notarial Doc. No. 152, Page No. 32 Book No. 45 Series of 2016. As a result, the land has over 20 Kilometers of oceanfront with full Riparian Rights, Waterfalls, Tropical Fruits, and Highly Valuable Minerals in the Mountains.
International Airport City
The transportation hub for the Medical City is a “State of the Art” International Airport City fully designed for visitors Wellness City.” Whereby, the Airport has a capacity to service up to fifty (50) million passengers yearly.
Also, the airport has bullet trains transporting passengers and patients to the Wellness Center and resorts. Also, the Airport City is developed to provide housing and all venues and services for a 150,000+ population.
In conclusion, the Wellness City is in the design and Engineering phase scheduled to start breaking ground in the second quarter of 2025.
